About Risky Business Themes

The Risky Business themes are organised to firstly explain why we as humans make mistakes, and how we might mitigate against this.

The next two themes deal with lessons from defining moments and how to approach things after they have gone wrong in terms of transparency and reconciliation. The themes then explore the role of whistleblowers and tighter regulation, the importance of outstanding leadership and teamwork as well as how we can change our systems through improvement and transformation.

We end with a series of "how to do" videos.
