About Mark de Rond

Dr Mark de Rond is Reader in Strategy and Organization at Judge Business School, Cambridge University. His University teaching principally focuses on strategic management, negotiation, and mediation.

He works as a University Mediator and assists in commercial mediations for the Association of Cambridge Mediators. Aside from his University teaching, his has run workshops for major business corporations.

His recent work with the Cambridge University Boat Club is the subject of a book: The Last Amateurs: To Hell and Back with the Cambridge Boat Race Crew which was selected both by the Financial Times as one of Best Business Books of 2008, and by BBC Sport as one of the Best Sporting Reads of 2008.
