Paul Moore is a barrister by profession, and was Head of Group regulatory Risk at HBOS between 2002 and 2005. In 2005 he was ‘fired’ by HBOS. He finally spoke out about the problems at HBOS in his testimony to the Treasury Select Committee in February 2009.

Under ‘whistleblower’ regulation Moore sued the company but was then subject to a gagging order. He finally spoke out about the problems at HBOS in his testimony to the Treasury Select Committee in February 2009.
